What to discover in the glass

Notice the first fruit aroma without trying to guess a fixed recipe. Follow how the different nuances unfold and whether they remain in balance. Return to the glass after a sip; sometimes a later aroma defines the experience. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.


How to enjoy it
