What to discover in the glass


Look for familiar aromas; honey, vanilla, chocolate or spice may appear. Notice the texture and balance. See whether the finish recalls nuts or ripe fruit. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.


How to enjoy it


Try it neat in a small glass at room temperature, or a little cooler if you prefer. Bring the glass gently to your nose, take a small sip and give the finish time to unfold. Tasting should be a pleasure, not a set of rigid rules. We also sell suitable tasting glasses in the shop.
