The displayed price includes taxes and excise duties but excludes courier charges. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or online by debit card when placing the order.

The invoice and receipt for the products are provided with the order. All prices on the site are in Romanian lei (RON) and apply to retail sales.

Orders are shipped by a specialised courier company. The recipient pays the shipping charge upon receiving the parcel.

The courier calculates the delivery price according to the destination, parcel weight and other factors. The customer pays the courier directly upon receipt.

If the customer chooses a courier other than the one used by Palincaria Transilvania SRL, the customer must notify us by email and is responsible for arranging delivery to the final destination.

Individuals and companies can place orders online.

Your order must include your name, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses and, for companies where applicable, the tax identification number and Trade Register number.
