Our distillery is in Râșnov, between two landmarks of the region: Râșnov Fortress and Bran Castle.

We are at the gateway to Transylvania, on a route that has connected this region with Wallachia for centuries, in a place rich in history and culture.

Wherever your journey begins, you can add a visit to the distillery and perhaps a tasting to your itinerary. We would be delighted to share the flavours and story of our fruit spirits with you.

At Palincăria Transilvania, we bring traditional distilling knowledge together with modern equipment to make fruit spirits with a clean, balanced character.

We often use fruit from our region, including apples, pears and plums, while also exploring apricots, quince, cherries, sour cherries and forest berries. Each fruit brings its own aromas and character.

Quality begins with the fruit. We select our raw materials carefully and work in controlled batches to preserve the natural aromas and the identity of each expression.

Every bottle tells a story of fruit, place and care for the craft.
