Your right of withdrawalRight of withdrawal
Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date the goods are delivered and the consumer takes physical possession of them. For several deliveries under one order, the period begins when the consumer takes possession of the last product.

To exercise this right, the consumer must inform the trader by an unequivocal statement, such as an email, postal letter or withdrawal form, sent before the 14-day period expires.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the following products cannot be returned: unsealed products that cannot be resold for hygiene or health protection reasons; alcoholic beverages whose delivery has taken place and whose container has been opened or damaged; products made to the consumer’s specifications or personalised; and products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore, only sealed bottles in their original, intact packaging can be returned.

Return conditions
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with undamaged original packaging, intact labels and the accompanying documents (invoice and receipt). The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products by courier or post.

Amounts will be refunded within no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the consumer requests otherwise. The seller may defer the refund until the returned products are received or proof of their dispatch is supplied.

Return procedure
1. Send a return request to office@palincariatransilvania.ro within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Complete and send the withdrawal form below, or another clear statement.
3. Send the products to PALINCARIA TRANSILVANIA SRL, 47 Lucian Blaga St., 505400 Râșnov, Brașov, Romania. Telephone: +40 744330889.
4. Pack the products properly for transport to prevent damage.
