Look for quince and possible floral notes. Notice how the fruit aroma moves from nose to palate. See whether quince, flowers or the warmth of the spirit lingers longest. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.

How to enjoy it

Try it neat in a small glass at room temperature, or a little cooler if you prefer. Bring the glass gently to your nose, take a small sip and give the finish time to unfold. Suitable tasting glasses are available in our shop.
