What to discover in the glass


Give the fruit aroma time to open in the glass. You may notice a gentle bitter or astringent note. Follow how that sensation changes after swallowing. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.


How to enjoy it


Try it neat in a small glass at room temperature, or a little cooler if you prefer. Bring the glass gently to your nose, take a small sip and give the finish time to unfold. Tasting should be a pleasure, not a set of rigid rules. We also sell suitable tasting glasses in the shop.
