Double distilled from fermented sour cherries, this fruit spirit brings the fruit’s distinctive character to the glass. 40% ABV.


What to discover in the glass

Look for ripe sour cherry. You may notice a gentle freshness, slight astringency or a delicate almond note. See which impression lingers longer: the fruit or the subtle almond nuance. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.


How to enjoy it

Try it neat in a small glass at room temperature, or a little cooler if you prefer. Bring the glass gently to your nose, take a small sip and give the finish time to unfold. Suitable tasting glasses are available in our shop.
