What to discover in the glass


Look for strawberry, which may emerge gradually. Notice the fruit and any floral impression; as a distillate, it does not have the sweetness of a fresh strawberry. Give the finish a moment to develop. Perceptions can differ between tasters and batches.


How to enjoy it


Try it neat in a small glass at room temperature, or a little cooler if you prefer. Bring the glass gently to your nose, take a small sip and give the finish time to unfold. Tasting should be a pleasure, not a set of rigid rules. We also sell suitable tasting glasses in the shop.
